Generally posts will occur at least every other week at the minimum. However depending on progress, there may be more posts.
Are these projects viewable and usable?
Absolutely! I hope that there they are going to be. This is a place for documentation and how requirements lead to design decisions.

How are projects selected?
They are from a backlog of things I have always wanted to explore, but never had the allotted time to explore them either professionally or in a research capacity.
Is there a timeline for this backlog?
Not explicitly laid out. Some of these projects can get quite involved and may not have a time of completion. There may be a timeline in the future for more consistent information.
